Hip hop icon, Nicki Minaj, expressed her disappointment this week due to the Grammy’s moving her song ‘Super Freaky Girl’ from the rap genre to the pop genre.

The rapper said on Instagram live “If ‘Super Freaky Girl’ is a pop song, what song is ‘Big Energy’?”

With this said, many fans of Latto and the rapper herself felt it was a personal attack on her success.

It also came as a shock to fans to find out the rappers were not on the best of terms when Nicki made this statement due to Latto once being Nicki Minaj’s “biggest fan.”
